Important Safety Guidelines:
For your safety and peace of mind during your trip, here are some key guidelines to remember:

Avoid Hazardous Areas: Please stay out of areas not designated for driving, such as deserts and mountains. This is for your safety and the vehicle’s integrity.

Drive Safely: Drive carefully and avoid speeding. Following traffic laws ensures a safe trip for everyone.

Refuel: Before returning the car, please stop at a gas station and fill the tank to the same level as when you picked it up.

Remove Personal Belongings: When returning the car, remember to take all your personal items with you.

Toll Gate Fees: As our guest, you are responsible for paying toll fees through Salik gates in Dubai and Darb in Abu Dhabi. These fees vary based on peak and off-peak hours for each gate
Why These Guidelines Matter:
These instructions are crucial for your safety, legal compliance, and the protection of the vehicle:

Road Safety: Excessive speeding, racing, or drifting significantly increases the risk of accidents for you, other road users, and pedestrians.

Legal Compliance: Engaging in these activities is a clear violation of local laws and can lead to hefty fines and other legal penalties.

Vehicle Health: Such behaviors can cause excessive wear and tear on the vehicle, impacting its safety and performance and potentially leading to mechanical issues.

Avoid Risks: Repairing vehicles in workshops or driving in industrial areas can expose them to environmental hazards (like heavy machinery or debris) that may damage the vehicle or pose a safety threat.

Property Protection: Our priority is to ensure the car remains in excellent condition for all our guests. Exposing it to environments with a higher risk of damage could affect its functionality and appearance.

Required documents for tourists:
A copy of the passport and a foreign driver’s license.
For residents: A copy of the residence permit, passport, and driver’s license.
Customers are entitled to 200 km per day and 5000 km per month.
Refundable insurance: 2000 AED for small cars, 3000 AED for medium and SUVs, and 5000 AED for luxury cars.
Insurance is refunded after 30 working days.
Additional km cost: 5 AED for small cars, 10 AED for medium/SUVs, and 30 AED for VIP/luxury cars. For extensions, notify the company 72 hours before the due date to avoid re-booking by another customer.
A 6 AED fee is deducted per toll gate. Early return of the rented car is considered full fulfillment of the contract with no refunds.
Driver & Insurance:
To add an additional driver, a fee of 500 AED per rental period is charged. An international license costs $200 or 700 AED.
Delivery and pickup are available throughout Dubai. In case of an accident, a police report is required.
All cars are insured, with customers bearing a deductible for small, medium, and luxury vehicles. Insurance does not cover minor damages such as scratches or fractures.
If no accident report is filed, the driver’s details are not listed in the rental agreement, or alcohol is involved, the customer is fully responsible.
Only the person listed in the rental agreement is authorized to drive the car (subject to penalties and fines).
